The property, a Grade II listed building of Georgian heritage, built in 1757, is set in the heart of Mayfair and located close to the Dorchester Hotel, Hyde Park and a wide array of the area’s most important streets and amenities.
Having being used as an office facility for the best part of the past 20 years, the objective was to convert the property into a single house. Reinstating original features along the way to bring it back to its former glory, certain modern features were added such as AV installation, a passenger lift and a spa.
Arranged over six floors, a rear extension was also added, with extensive structural, mechanical and electrical works throughout. Working in close collaboration with the design team and the client, using a network of Stoneforce’s specialist contractors, the property was reconfigured to meet the client’s needs and to the highest standards. Stoneforce delivered the project on time and on budget to the satisfaction of the client and the design team.
